My wife asked me if I wanted the Torneo to have a Torneo or because this one was Mugenized. So I thought about it and I really don't want a Torneo. Even if it does have all those parts. I really do want a DB8. For a few reasons. 1. To finally have a B18c 2. To finally have Recaro seats 3. To finally have a ITR 4. Because I like the dash layout way better on an ITR than on a Torneo 5. Because the tech support on a DB is way more at hand than a Torneo 6. Because Championship White > Pearl White 7. ITR has projectors headlights w/ HIDs, not just HIDs like my Legacy 8. Spoon dosent make alot of stuff for Torneos (I dream of the day I can get a set of SW388s) 9. I can buy replacment bolster foam for ITR Recaros (very important to me) 10. After driving the Legacy for 4 years, I want a small lightweight high reving sports sedan oh and my initials are DB just a few reasons.... Now I just need to find the right one. I guess being pickey will pay off eventually. Hell i've waited this long, whats a little longer.
exactly dont settle for anything less than you want because u said u will be keeping it for a while and if you do then you will miss all the things that u wanted and didnt get.

OK so after getting frustrated yesterday and saying that i'd never find a ITR that fit our requirments, I found one. Last night I was looking at the same cars for sale on Goo-net, and searched ITR sedans a different way. Kinda hard to explain why I was'nt finding this car on a regular ITR sedan search. Anyway, Its a 99 DB8 with 48,421 kms on it. Thats stupid low for a 99. Thats 30,263 miles!! Less that 1/2 what it should have. With 1 year warranty. All maintenance done at the dealership. (Honda) And it's BONE STOCK! I guess it has some knicks and stuff. The front left wheel has some curbage. And the driver seat has the bolster wear as usual. So I already ordered the replacement foam for it. But anyway it's in the works. I mean we told them get it ready and bring it to us. So my 99 DB8 is gonna be here hopefully by the end of the week. Yea about the Torneo, I would'nt have been happy with a car that I really did'nt want. Like a Pinto with MF10s or something like that! :roflmao: It would've had to have had way more done to it to make it worth owning imo. Thanks!

Not sure what the exchange rate for $ to yen right now list price: 987000 yen with taxes and everything: 1095765 Y discount price with everything: 1050000 Y I could've gotten one for like 400000 Y around $4000. But then I would always wonder if it was taken care of. This way i'm pretty much getting a new car. Now time to start thinking about paying it back.:googly: heres a pic of the int and the engine
