not much of a update lately,
got some speakers and another cd player to replace the stock stuff.
gonna get a Tanabe strut bar for the rear for now...im trying to save up the little i make from work

got it from my friend which he got from a rear JDM clip and had was selling.
only thing is it sounds like something might be rubbing against something when the road is bumpy, gonna check this weekend and see whats up.

Great car, a buddy of mine that goes to the same highschool as me has a MR2 Turbo (The car below)



I plan on getting one. and its going to be a N/A . my dad loves Japanese cars (owned quite a few himself) but he is a Nazi when it comes to actually buying me one lol.

Have you ran into any problems yet? and is it reliable?

 

as far as problems goes its mostly been old parts wearing out,
my last problem was a oil leak...got it fixed and its all good now.
no problems lately since then soo its good for now.

but if you take care of it and replace the worn out 15+ year old stock parts
then it should be fine. and have your dad check it out with you if u plan on getting one, mine didnt even know the engine was in the back lol

a MR2 said he would sell me his rims sooon soo i might pick those up,
then ill try and for springs/struts again

so what tires are you running up front? you said youre getting the 912's for the rear

 

right now on the front are some goodyear 195s/55/15's that came with the rims,
soo getting the 912's in 205/50/15's for the rear,
then soon save up for 225 for the rear and move the 205s to the front and repaint:woot:

 

getting the 225s tomrrow hoopefully
rims already on too,
picked up some springs and gonna be getting tokico shocks from a friend soon.
finally it will be dropped
