    What is that?

    It looks to be battery terminals...... Down there due to placing the battery in a hard to reach location. Everybody leaves their lights on time to time so it makes sense to put terminals in a place that allows you to jump the car without having to remove the bumper.

    Thats exactly what it is. His battery is probably back behind the bumper right there. You would'nt want to pull your bumper just to jump your battery right? lol!:)

    But why would you have to remove the bumper? My battery is back by the firewall. Wouldn't you just open the door and pop the hood??
