1) Yes, i have'nt had the chance to get pics. 2) Most japanese people DO NOT like used stuff. They would rather buy new. but i guess alot of people do buy from auctions. 3) Well im a forgiener, and i had to take a 10 question written exam, and a rigorous driving exam. I went to a driving school to learn how to take the driving part of the test! They were about 4 city blocks away from each other. So in the morning i would go and drive with an instructor and in he afternoon i would take the test. I passed the written exam first try, scoring 100%. I took the driving exam 4 times before i passed. its very difficult! 4) There are quite a few people who have the EU plate. i asked my wife before and she didnt know either. i have no idea. unless these people were in the Japanese military stationed in Europe when they bought the car. I dont have a good answer for the question. 5) Not sure about his question either. Do you mean health ins? if so yes. We pay the Doctors office and they give us a reciept. we then take the reciepts to the city office once a month and they give it all back! Pretty sweet deal compared to the US!
No Car insurance I heard that the Goverment pays your Insurance if you want 3rd Party only but if you want TPFT or fully comp you have to go to a Insurance company
