have you ever noticed that srt-4 owners are the most hated people in the scene lol? i know im not the only one who sees it. every forum that im a part of bashes on srt-4 owners. bein a former srt-4 owner a lot of that shit is not true. not all srt-4 owners are conceited assholes but there are quite a few of them that are. but you will run into them in all circles. i never talked down to anyone when i had mine. i never hung with the srt-4 crowd cause they gave me shit about rollin with my buddies cause they drove dsms and hondas mostly. but then you have guys that drive hondas downplayin srt-4s just as bad as they claim the srt-4 guys downplay them. so how does bein a hypocrite make them any better than what they hate?
idk man, a very close friend of mine just got a SRT-4 ACR, and I think its awesome. i havent run into any haters yet
yeah there are a few srt-4s around where i live and the majority of them wont even talk to anyone who doesnt drive an srt-4 but there is one guy who has an acr that used to be a honda guy that is pretty cool. i dont care what kind of car you drive as long as you love it and dont hate on other people because of what kind of car they drive. we all have the same goal.....to make our car the coolest car possible in our minds.
well this forum is a lot more open minded than most. so its not a lot of hate on here but the majority have tons. you should see the stuff they say lol.

amen brotha clutch! As far as the haters go, I have totally seen this going on with the srt-4s. It really does go both ways though. Theres something about srt-4s I dont like but I really do respect them as cars cause with a few mods they are BEASTS and I have seen a few people I know go from hondas and get hooked on them. I dont know why the scene gets so divided though, a car is a car is a car so it doesnt really make sense.
everyone should think like that lol. ill be friends with someone who rocks a pinto if they are cool. but a lot of people wont associate with you if you dont drive what they got. thats just as stupid as honda guys who diss on integras cause they are acuras but when you open the hood on them it says it clear as day honda motor co lol.
every single neon/srt4 oener i ran into that is performance oriented is a deuche or has no idea how to wrench. i have yet to meet one in person that can prove me wrong. but maybe its just my area...
a friend of mine used to have a 600+ HP SRT4 that had the boost gauge pegged past 30psi. That got my respect. Its when they act like SRT4s are the greatest thing on 4 wheels that gets me heated, which is pretty common for whatever reason.
lol i was an srt-4 owner who was very performance oriented and did all my own wrenchin. the only thing i didnt do myself was tune it. it was a fast car but it wasnt gods gift it had its setbacks.
my former co-worker had a modified neon, and upgraded a couple of years later to an srt-4. not cocky whatsoever, we even had a little crew at work for everyone who was into the scene, and we always parked in a together in a line. a couple of integra gsrs, civic sedan, corolla s, prelude, rsx-s, srt4 and my tc, we all got along great. i guess it just depends where ya live, ive run into my share of hypocrites n haters, but i think theres far more chill and open minded people out there
I'll have to agree that it does seem like alot of srt owners like the smell of their own exhaust. but i think you'll find that with alot of car that have a following. i think the hybrid owners would have to be the worst. and i will have to admit that i to have been guilty of this my brand and make are the best there is arguements and i would think that most everyone here probly has too. thats what makes us enthusiasts.
heck no one of my friends owned an srt-4 it was one cool car to bad he sold it to git a new project im going to miss that car
