Heres the deal, for those of you who have seen my posts you know that I have only had my DA for a few months. I've been wanting to convert it to 5 speed but I wanted to gain some power 1st and foremost. I was planning on swapping a B18C1 (GSR) motor in my DA, but a local shop told me that the JDM auto GSR ecu will not work with my car because of the USDM to JDM specs (something about the sensors). My question is, will I be able to get my 140 HP (flywheel) DA up to GSR or Type R (180-195) Flywheel Horsepower with simple bolt-ons, such as: Exhaust with 2.5inch piping, JDM ITR Header, Jet Chip, Blox Intake Manifold and Throttle Body?
If not, what If I change the valetrain components also, ie: Crower Camshafts, Valve springs & retainers, Valve springs, and Toda or Buddy Club Cam gears?
I'm not trying to break any world records or anything, I would just like to be able run with or a little faster than a stock GSR.
I'd Appreciate anybody's help, I'm new to the Honda world, so excuse any inexperienced question.

    Thanks

well with exhaust, intake, throttle body, header and maybe an intake manifold u can be pushing up wards of 190 hp at the flywheel if u want to get the revs up quicker then install a lighter flywheel. lighter the better but if u start adding more air then eventually u will need to add more fuel not right now but to get any serious power gains after bolt ons fuel an internals will be needed
