i will be triing to buy some new rims for my IS soon so some of the ones i have been looking at are the
    volk re30 18x7.5 fr 18x8.5rr
    volk te37 18x7.5fr 18x8.5rr or 19x8
    volk ce28n 18x7.5fr 18x8.5
    gramlights 57s or 57maximum 18x7.5 fr 18x8.5
all of these in a grey or possibly time attack ed. i even though about the new white time attack ed.
and so if you didnt know my car is graphite grey metalic
just wondering what any one else would pick
it will probly come down to cost but if that ends up not being as much of and issue i would like to get the time attack ed.
so let me know what you think

don't get the new white time attack. Rays Engineering is making those in celebration of Honda's Type-R Legacy. Which is why they're championship white. My vote is the CE28Ns in silver.

i know there for honda but i love hondas and just because i'm doing a lex now doesnt mean i wont go back to honda. but i do see the point though. its just that i was on tire rack and white looks good on my car

and not to be rude because volks realy look good in any color. but i just hate the look of silver painted rims its so plain and blah and i dont want a 3-4 thousand $ set of volks to look blah or plain.

i know thats why its such a hard choice. and thats why it will probly come down to price. but i havent yet seen an IS300 with the new re30's so i might try for those pls they are super light.

    Your Options....

All of your Options Sound a Pricey and Blaah.... :paper:

Volks have been Done to Death Already by Countless People who have Money
    but No Resources.

Would you Consider Buying Used Wheels that are More Rare and Hard to Find???

Something that NoBody Sees that Often... :googly:

i totaly understand what your saying, and to a point i agree but then my top choice right now from my current list is the re30 at 18x7.5 is 15lbs and 8.5 is 17 now can deny that is fucking awsome
but i did check out those sites, i check takumi and rb often like once a week so i checked to others and they are ok memory fab had the best selection in 18" size i saw an awsome set of bbs' fabulous' and works s1 3p all realy sweet and the selection would be better but the is300 has almost a fwd offset i need like +45and up for most wheels i think the lowest i can go is 38 at 7.5 in. wide so that realy narrows my choices.
i know in the end it all comes down to what i like and for the most part its the ones on my list plus some others that are realy out of my range unless i find some used. i wouldnt mind a set sa3r's but they are pricey and the main reason for the re30 on the top of my list is that i can get them from tire rack maybe they arent the cheappest but after you factor in shipping and mounting and balancing it works out plus i know that if i have them shipped priority they will get to me in about 1 week. plus i like the way they look.

check these out the ones i found on memory fab
works these are probly my all time favorite all around wheel you could out them on anything and they would look good $2100

    bbs'
awsome wheels awsome price tag $2600

fab's sweet wheel but looks heavy and likeit doesnt belong on the race track

    $1600

I'd go with the TE37s. Classic wheels.
