offset vs tire size

    I have an 04 350Z. i want to get new wheels. the offset is 30mm with 245/45/R18 (R) and 225/45/R18 (F). the wheels i like are either 25 or 35 offset. what happens with either choice concerning performance, handling, etc? Do I need to change tire size if I switch to different offset? I know very little about this topic. Please help. I am anxious to make the change.

    You may need to change tire size depending on the width of the new wheels? Are you getting 18" aftermarket wheels?

    offset doesnt mean anything without knowing width.

    my friend is putting 18x10's on his Z33 with some 235/40-18's in the rear. front is getting 215/40-17 on 17x8.5 (i believe). ill talk to him tomorrow. i dont remember what fits the Z33.

    right now i plan on staying with 18" wheels. if the wheel is 18x8, is the "8" equivalent to tire width, i.e., 245 or 225? (can you tell i am in unfamiliar territory?) if i stay with 18" wheels and the offset is 25, what is the correct width? How about an offset of 35? how do you determine what is correct?

    Flush Fitment

    Im not Sure what look your Going
    After but a 18x8 might not get you Flush.

    I think a 18x9 Front 18x10 Rear
    and I would Highly Suggest Going 19'
    to get the Perfect Fitment.

    Im Going to look at a Similar Setups and Give your There Size...
