Need help...please

Hello everybody....i need someone who can help me...on March 27 i placed an order through www.coximport.com, they already charged me but my friend who is in Miami has not yet received the product. i have been sending emails to the company but no reply....i am calling also and no reply. I live in southamerica and is kind of difficult for me to get in touch with them. I dont want to think that i have been ripped off!!!

Does someone know this store? Can anyone please get me a phone number from the store? no 1-800 because it wont work from overseas

never heard of them. their website looks very cookie cutter to me. no pics from their own products, just pics stolen from the manufacturers websites. im sorry to say, but the chances dont look good to get your parts

I called the 1800 # for you just for fun and an operator answered and said "something auto group how may I help you?" so I dunno maybe you should figure out how to dial a 1800 # from there

 

Thanks for the help jusshatched....i just went through their website and it says that tha previous company (cox import) is going under new managemente....i guess it is autogroup something...i am just trying to talk to them if i am getting some assistance.
