This is a picture of the 93 DA Integra that I just purchased. It is obvious that the previous owner had no clue of this Honda's potential.... BUT I DO!!!
Basically, i'm going to re-construct this car from the ground up by 1st removing the Chrome wheels and Altezza tailights for stock rims and 90-91 JDM tailights. Then I will repaint the car and add a few JDM cosmetic pieces to bring it all together. After I re-work the suspension by changing the coilovers, shocks and adding front and rear strut bars, I will start working on my LS/VTEC conversion. I'll have more pic's in a few days after I get the car painted. STAY TUNED!!!

Right on bro. I wanted to paint it a stock Type R, GSR or SI color. I was thinking either red, white, blue, or yellow, but due to the amount of Police haters in Northern Cali, I've decided to paint it black (i'll have it back next). I'll take some photos as soon as I find my camera.

All i've done so far is paint it, change the steering wheel, add an alarm and stereo system, changed the coilovers and added tokico struts, front and rear sway bars, replaced the chrome rims with stock steelies, and potenza tires, one piece black housing headlights, changed the tailights to 90-91 JDM's, full tune up with hamp oil filter, NGK iridium plugs and wires, Mugen Radiator cap, and a short ram intake. Next will be my custom cat-back exhaust and either a B18C head (LS/VTEC) swap, or a Turbonetics turbo system.

Thanks for the love ya'll, EKB18C i'll be at you about the LS/VTEC swap son. But I think i'm startin to lean towards a turbo setup. You seen the new Civic Mugen RR? I'm tryin to make my shit that hot, and I dont know if I can accomplish that going all motor. But i'll keep you posted though. Peace!

turbo ls is good for quick hp gains. those new mugen 4doors are gangsta as fuck and you can get there all motor. my b20/vtec in my del sol is makin 228 to the wheels all motor. the mugen civic in the states is only makin 197 at the crank and the one in japan is puttin out about 245 at the crank. ive done both sohc and dohc vtec turbo before so whatever you wanna know i got you lol

Damn EK, you got mad cars yo. Would I have to dump about $5K into my motor to get as much WHP as your Del Sol? My motor is all stock. I had a Turbo Jetta (2000) that was real quick, but alot of Honda enthusiast are starting to worry me a turbo setup with all their horror stories. My email contact is whoizzy@gmail.com . Hit me up sometime, i'd love to pick your brain about horsepower. I gotta feeling that you no what your talking about. PEACE!

The one in Japan is also $41,000 as compared to the Mugen Si's $30,000, that and the Mugen RR is based upon the 220hp Civic Type-R which is $32,000. So don't knock it for having "only" 197hp :D (still 148.5 p/liter). Anyway thats my :2cents: :D. As for powerplants? I say LSTurbo or LSVTEC
