been looking for the right shade of red (to paint my hatch)for quite awhile. i'm looking for a dark red. oem if possible. nothing too flashy like candy, although it does look great. the problem i run into with dark reds, is, either at it's darkest point or it's lightest point it looking purple/pink/brown. so anyway here's a few that i found. but dont know the paint codes for. thought maybe you guys could help me out. any other suggestions welcome. thanks. ^house of color brandywine. chainti red? red tango pearl house of color candy red.
my boy was just looking at a bunch of colors in that range.. maroon-ish dark reds.. try honda habanero red, or honda ruby red pearl..
googled it. looks kinda ugly here. looks pretty good here, so i guess i'd have to see it in person. this is the ideal color i'm after, but i have no idea what it is...
i dont know.. looks close to me. see if you can find yourself a paint book and check it out.. it really flips in the sun.

Matador Red Pearl [code R93P], found only on 1997 Acura Integras. Very bad pic, but one of the only ones I could find. This is a VERY rare color, my personal favorite. It might be a bit too burgundy for your flavor, but I suggest you check out a paint sample at a paint shop. It looks beautiful in the sunlight, almost has a reddish-gold highlight to it, very deep in the paint.
