    Where can i buy a 90-91 integra 4-1 Header?

Do you guys recommend a 4-1 or 4-2-1? I hear the 4-1s are good but you have to cut the cross member which is no problem. Just looking for the most gains. LMK

4-2-1 is better for a street car thats not going to be above 6k all the time. 4-1 will make a more peaky powerband, but will yield higher HP. the 4-2-1 will give you more midrange torque, which is what hondas need.

    SMS makes a nice header

that header looks really nice but says its only for vtec (not sure if it will still bolt up or not) and its kinda pricey. I kinda wanna stay around $300. Ive read some good reviews about the higher-end megan racing headers anyone have any experience with them?

This question is kind of off the wall but will vtec cams work with a nonvtec head? and if so does it have any advantages?

some vtec headers bolts up. i had a b18c DC Sports header on my old b18b in my 94 LS. and later i used the same header when i swapped in a B18c1 head. i believe B16 headers are shorter height-wise, so you may run into clearance problems with the oil pan... but i dont recall if they are or arent exactly shorter or by how much.

cams dont fit. they are completely different (i have some cams here from both a b16 and a b18b if you want me to take pics of the differences)

I think you can get a ceramic DC Sports Header for the $300 price range. They have been around the longest and have quality construction. They actually R&D their products extensively.

I have a Megan 4-2-1 header on my 93 LS and it makes good power/torque. You can also bolt the JDM type R header to your block, but the muffler shop will have to do some slight modifiactions (any shop can do it).

I believe any B18 headers will bolt up to any other B18 motor regardless of which motor it is. HOWEVER, the end part (I believe its called a collector) will have to be slightly modified.

Yeah if you relocate your battery then you can use the DC Integra intake made my Password JDM. Its made out of carbon fiber and is suppose to be one of the best intakes on the market. I plan on doing that to my DA when i get the chance, let me know if you beat me to the punch.

yeah they are good because they keep a lot of air on the chamnber so when the throttle is pressed the engine will have plenty of air. also i have heard great things from weapon r secret weapon intakes.
