cams just about come out to change them. which means you need to pull the timing belt, cam gears, and atleast the first cam journal. not that hard, just time consuming.

PS: change the distributor seal/o-ring as well as the cam seal on the other side. Daniel supplies aftermarket seals for the other side

they come in a variety of colors from various companies

ya i was planing on getting the plug for the other side. Sucks i have to do timing and whatnot now. It needs to be fixed soon its leaking quite a bit.

This may be a stupid question but...
When i put the cams back in and i slide the camgear on the actuall cam.. does it have like teeth so it only goes on the cam a certain way? If it doesnt make sence i will try to explain better with pictures if i can. LMK thx

theres a key similar to a crankshaft on it. it only goes on one way. you'll see it when you loosen the bolt on the camshaft

It is a half moon key. Als mark the cams and timing belt with white out or something prior to removal.
